This resource book is recommended to adolescents between 14 and 15 years old. The meetings in this book are about the 9 Fruits of the Spirits, the temptations and the Early Church’s struggles to live these fruits and overcome their temptations. The aim of this book is to help the adolescents become familiar with the works of the Holy Spirit in us.

The meetings of this resource book were prepared by the NTYC animators and revised by the KDŻG members. It has a number of meetings that can be used through a whole pastoral year.
