10K
The 10K is a course about the 10 Commandments. However, we won’t waste your time instructing you not to kill, steal or swear.
These are the 10 Commandments as you’ve never heard before.
Throughout this journey, these 10 words gifted by God to the Jewish people become the secret which lead us to a successful and truly content life.
This course took root in Italy and has spread to more than 15 countries. It started in Gozo in 2019 and will commence in Malta this year for youths ranging from the age 18 to 35.
Yes, we do call it a course but we take no payments nor are there any assignments or exams. You are simply invited to join us and listen to our discussions. And if it bores you or doesn’t interest you, you may stop coming.
In reality, many have come once and never returned because the course is not for everyone. But others say that the course touched their hearts, blew their mind and changed their life for the better.

What’s Next?
For those who complete this journey, meaning those who discover within themselves the true desires of the Spirit, a proposal for a auxiliary formative journey regarding Christianity is proposed. Through the seven signs in the Gospel of St. John, one is provided with all of the instruments required to live as a child of God with more maturity and in communion with one’s brothers and sisters.
John 20, 30-31
St John the evangelist himself states that the signs he mentions in his writing are specifically chosen from amongst many others as through them “you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name” (Jn 20,30-31). The journey of the 7S is open only to those who have completed the 10K course and takes around three years to complete.
When and how long?
The 10K course begins in February and is completed in February of the following year, including a break throughout Summer.
Who’s it for?
The 10K course is open for youth (20+) and adults
Meeting Procedure
It takes place once a week. After each commandment, a prayer meeting with the Holy Scripture takes place on a Sunday afternoon. Throughout the course, three retreats spanning over a weekend take place.
