This resource book is recommended to adolescents between 12 and 13 years old. The topic is the 7 Sacraments. Each chapter contains a nuber of meetings on every Sacrament. The intention of this book is to help the adolescents understand better the richness of these precious gifts to humanity.

The meetings of this resource book were prepared by the NTYC animators and others, and revised by the KDŻG members. It has a number of meetings that can be used through a whole pastoral year.
