This November, KDŻG warmly invites you to celebrate Christ the King with us. This year’s theme, Ahead, inspires a forward-looking journey of faith, resilience, and purpose, once again set against the beautiful backdrop of the Citadel.

About the Event:
Christ the King – Ahead guides young people through three stations, each offering meaningful opportunities to explore and deepen their faith.
- Station 1: Personal Testimony
A speaker from the OASI Foundation will share their journey from addiction to recovery, providing a powerful message of resilience and hope for the future. - Station 2: Drama of Young Saints
In an inspiring performance, young people will experience the lives of young saints. Their stories of courage and compassion offer a vision for purposeful living. - Adoration and Reflection
The evening culminates with a Eucharistic adoration in the Cathedral.
Food, Fellowship, and Animation:
After the stations, everyone is invited to join us for a meal and fellowship, where singers Albert Lauren and Loredana Agius will bring added energy and connection to the gathering, creating a joyful end to the celebration.

Echoes of World Youth Day Lisbon
There was in total a group of 30 Gozitans, for the World Youth Day (WYD) in Portugal. The group was composed of pilgrims coming from different backgrounds, between the ages of 15 and 59 years. Some pilgrims were part of a youth group, others joined by themselves. Uniting and guiding the group there was the spiritual leader H.E. Mons. Anton Teuma who apart from delivering a catechesis to the Gozitan and Maltese in Portugal, humbly, throughout the week sustained the pilgrims with his words.

Fratelli tutti, on fraternity and social friendship, is an authentic inspiration. The aim that Pope Francis’ third encyclical pursues is twofold. On one hand, to awaken in everyone, believers and non-believers, the passion for the common good, urging everyone to draw direct consequences.
