Ikliet Li Jimlew il-Qalb
Take part in a meaningful journey of spiritual reflection created especially for the youth of Gozo. From March 4–6, 2026, we invite you to “Ikliet li jimlew il-qalb”, a thoughtful exploration of a few of the many meals Jesus shared with different people. These moments from Christ’s life reveal the themes He often spoke about around the table, frequently in the company of sinners and those on the margins of society.
Last year, KDŻG’s spiritual exercises centred on the importance and impact of the Holy Mass in our daily lives. This year, the focus shifts to how Jesus, who once spoke directly to the hearts of those present, continues to speak to our hearts today.
Guided by Bishop Anton Teuma, these sessions will offer inspiring reflections and practical insights to help deepen faith and strengthen our spiritual connection. Don’t miss this opportunity to pause, reflect, grow, and journey together in faith.

Advent 2025
As Advent begins in a world still troubled by war in Ukraine and the Middle East, many struggle to hold on to hope. Pope Leo XIV sought to address this reality by opening the season with a visit to Turkey and Lebanon, regions deeply marked by conflict yet vital for fostering peace. Though the Vatican originally planned for Pope Francis to visit Turkey earlier in the year to commemorate the 1,700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, his death delayed the trip. Pope Leo’s Advent visit, however, allowed him to speak directly to the need for hope, unity, and renewed commitment to peace.
